What are credits, and how many ads do I get?
Credits are what a finished ad costs. A 30-second ad is 2,400 credits, a 20-second ad 1,700, a 15-second ad 1,300. Your 6,000 monthly credits make about 2 ads at 30 seconds, 3 at 20, or 4 at 15. You only pay credits for an ad that passes our checks.
Are the presenters real people?
No. Every presenter is an invented AI person with a locked look and voice, so nobody's likeness is used without consent and the same face is available to you month after month. The presenter never claims the ad was made by scrolling.ai, and never pretends to be a customer of yours.
Can I get a presenter made just for my brand?
Yes. In the studio, pick one of three people suggested from your website, or describe who your customers trust, and scrolling.ai designs a new presenter: a face nobody else has, with a matching voice. The first one is free, after that 400 credits each, and it is only ever used in your own ads.
Can I use my own face?
Yes. Upload one clear photo and we build a presenter from it. The first one is free, after that 400 credits each. Custom presenters are only ever used in your own ads.
Which platforms does it work for?
Every ad is 1080 x 1920 vertical with captions burned in, ready for Meta Reels and Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Snapchat. You download an MP4 and upload it like any other creative.
Can I cancel anytime?

What about refunds?
