Pricing questions
What are credits, and how many ads do I get?
Credits are what a finished ad costs. A 30-second ad is 2,400 credits, a 20-second ad 1,700, a 15-second ad 1,300. Your 6,000 monthly credits make about 2 ads at 30 seconds, 3 at 20, or 4 at 15. You only pay credits for an ad that passes our checks.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, while your subscription is active. Credits you buy as packs never expire while you are subscribed.
What if I run out mid-month?
Buy a pack from $25, or turn on auto-refill so a top-up happens the moment you dip below a threshold. Nothing renders half-finished.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, when you arrive through the trial offer: 1 day free with 2,400 credits unlocked, enough for one 30-second ad. A card is needed to start and you can cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.
What does the yearly plan cost?
$759 a year, which works out to about $63.25 a month. Same credits, same features.
What about refunds?
Once credits have been used on an ad there are no refunds, since filming costs us real compute. If you have not used any credits, email us within 7 days and we will look at it case by case.
