Refund Policy

Free trial
Some accounts start with a 1-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
Subscriptions
You can cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Because credits are spent on real AI generation costs, we do not refund a period once credits from it have been used.
If you have not used any credits, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will review a refund case by case.
Failed renders
Credits held for a render that fails are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for a video you didn't receive.
Credit packs and one-video passes
Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used credits and redeemed passes are non-refundable.
