Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Scrolling (the "Service"), operated by Scrolling (operator details to be completed). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
Scrolling reads a website you provide, writes short advertising scripts, and produces vertical videos performed by AI-generated presenters. Presenters are synthetic people; they are not real individuals and do not endorse anything. Output is generated by AI systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish it.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account.
3. Your content and inputs
- You must own or have the right to use any website, brand, logo, product information and photo you submit.
- If you upload a photo of a person to build a custom presenter, you confirm that you are that person or have their explicit written consent, and that the presenter will only be used for your own ads.
- You grant us a limited license to process your inputs only to provide the Service.
4. Ownership of output
Subject to these terms and payment, you own the videos you create and may use them commercially on any platform. Library presenters remain available to other customers; custom presenters built from your photo are private to your account.
5. Acceptable use
- No ads that are illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or that target minors.
- No fake testimonials, fake reviews, invented statistics, or claims your business cannot substantiate.
- No impersonation of real people, public figures or other brands.
- Comply with the advertising policies of every platform you publish on.
We may refuse, remove or suspend content or accounts that break these rules.
6. Plans, credits and billing
Scrolling Pro costs $79 per month or $759 per year and includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed by renders and presenter builds, have no cash value, are not transferable and expire when your subscription ends. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before they end. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel renewal at any time from My account. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any advertising result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed or shown in the app before they take effect.
